Rachel Brenan's 'Dance Classes for Adults' have resumed after the Easter break... Wednesdays, 11am-12pm at The Old School Sully These are excellent fitness classes... Dancing really is one of the best ways to keep fit! The class improves physical and mental well-being by helping maintain posture, strength & suppleness, plus co-ordination, all while having fun and gaining a sense of camaraderie.
